Alun DaviesSTATE PRESIDENTPastor Alun Davies is the Senior Minister of the thriving Faith! Christian Church which ministers to over 3,000 people in the Dandenong region of Melbourne. Alun has over 35 years of experience in pastoral ministry and has been the Senior Minister of Faith! Christian Church for 25 years. He is the founder and President of Harvest Bible College, which has been operating for over 23 years and has graduated over 1,600 students. Alun has ministered extensively throughout Australia and around the world. He is also the founding President of ‘We Care Community Services’, a charity that feeds and clothes thousands of people each year in Melbourne. Alun was awarded the Non-Resident Citizen Of The Year of the City of Greater Dandenong in recognition of the work of We Care in the community. He has also authored several books and conducts leadership seminars. His leadership roles include that of the ACC National Vice President and the President of ACC World Missions, and he has served as the State President of the Victorian ACC for over eight years. During this time the state has significantly grown from 120 to 262 churches and is continuing to plant 15 new churches each year. Alun is married to Joan and they have three adult children. |

Ps Mal MacLeodVICE PRESIDENTMalcolm MacLeod is a visionary leader with a love for people. He has a strong desire to see people grow in Christ through the fulfillment of The Great Commission, “Go make disciples” This desire to grow people is coupled with a burden for leaders. As a result much of his time is devoted to pastoring pastors and leading leaders to achieve their full potential in ministry to the body of Christ. Malcolm and his wife Karen have three children; Sarah, Benjamin, and Joshua, and one grandson, Tyson. Malcolm has been the Senior Pastor of South West Christian Church for nineteen years. During this time the cell based church has grown from 120 to over 1,000 people. The church is in the heart of Hoppers Crossing, drawing a congregation from the South West of Melbourne and outlying areas. The church has a number of daughter churches and is planning several others in Victoria and oversees. The Church is entrepreneurial and influential. Malcolm is a Vice President of the Australian Christian Churches in Victoria. He also oversees the 9 State Districts. |

Ps Mark BatesSECRETARY/TREASURERMark Bates and his wife Karen have been senior pastors of Valley Christian Centre, Morwell for the past 15 years. During that time the church has purchased and developed a 7 Hectare High School site into a multi-purpose ministry and community centre. Valley Christian Centre has planted 3 satellite congregations which have now become autonomous churches. His church has grown an effective community care program and is the largest provider of material aid in Eastern Victoria, distributing an excess of $500,000 of aid every year. He has been the Secretary/ Treasurer of the Assemblies of God Victoria since 2000 co-ordinating and overseeing the administration of over 270 churches. He served for 5 years as District leader of Gippsland caring for 22 churches and currently serves as a Trustee for the Australian Christian Super fund. Balancing both Administrative and Ministry gifts Mark has been able to serve the local church as well as the greater church community. He is deeply involved in mission work in Asia especially seeing children and families raised from poverty and injustice. |

He has been a pastor with the ACC for over thirty years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in starting new churches, in growing churches and in bringing health into churches where needed. He is passionate about building the Church and is available to assist Churches across the state |

Ps Paul KellockSTATE EXECUTIVE MEMBER – CHURCH LIFEPaul Kellock is the Senior Pastor of Life Christian Church, Melbourne, Victoria. Paul’s passion for Christ; his emphasis on church planting, leadership development, relationships and being real, has lead Life CC a church with a significant heritage into the strong, growing, vibrant church it is today. It has an extensive multicultural ministry both locally and overseas from orphanages to church planting. Paul is a member of the State Executive for the Australian Christian Churches, Victoria and currently heads up the Church Life Department of Enlarge Ministries. Paul is a clear and powerful communicator with a strong passion for the Word of God and its relevance to our lives. Paul is married to Joanne, who is actively involved in ministry with him and they have three children Aiden, Bethany and Benjamin. |

Ps Melinda DwightSTATE EXECUTIVE MEMBERBorn in Queensland, Melinda is the daughter of Assemblies of God Pastor Fred Buse, who planted churches in three states. She studied Commerce-Law at Monash University and worked in marketing before entering Bible College and Pastoral team ministry. Melinda, the Senior Pastor of the Imagine Network of Churches, has served there for fourteen years. She was the first woman to be elected to an Australian ACC State Executive. Melinda was elected to sit on the ACC World Missions Executive and again is the first woman on an ACC national board. Under her leadership Imagine is the regional church for Africa. Her passionate desire is to make Jesus’ last command her First Priority, by sending workers, taking teams, raising awareness of missions and giving of time, energy and resources. For over twenty years she has been very happily married to John, who serves on a number of company and not-for-profit boards and they have one beautiful teenage daughter, Nicaela. |

Ps Russell EvansSTATE EXECUTIVE MEMBERRussell was born in New Guinea, in 1967 while his parents Pastor Andrew and Lorraine Evans were serving as missionaries. Russell felt the call of God to ministry at an early age and was invited to become a part of the Paradise AOG ministry team in 1991 where he has remained for 12 years. Russell felt called by God in October 2002 to plant a new church in Melbourne and at the start of 2004 Planetshakers City Church was established. Planetshakers City Church has become one of the fastest growing AOG churches in Australia’s history with over 2,000 calling it their home church within the first year. Russell, with his wife Sam, have a mandate from God to lead a vibrant, Spirit-filled church that will see a revival come to the city of Melbourne. Russell’s dream is to empower a generation to win a generation, accordingly his preaching, discipling and training are geared with that one objective in mind. Russell is married to Samantha, who is actively involved in ministry with Russell, as well as managing their household and raising their wonderful children Jonathan & Aimee. |

Ps Shane BaxterSTATE EXECUTIVE MEMBERShane Baxter is the Senior Pastor of Enjoy Church. Under Shane’s visionary leadership and relational style, Enjoy Church has grown significantly over the past 11 years, meeting in multiple campuses across Melbourne and with over 90 nationalities represented. Shane is a member of the National Executive for the ACC (Australian Christian Churches), and is also a State Executive member for the ACC in Victoria; overseeing the State Men’s Conference and Young Guns (18-30’s) portfolios. He is passionate about seeing the local church fruitful and flourishing, impacting and influencing the community and beyond. He is committed to leadership development and seeing people released into their purpose and calling. His dedication to training and equipping people is further evidenced by establishing a Bible College campus at Enjoy in 2006. He has a unique ability to relate and connect with other with his zest for life and his warm sense of humour. Woven through his life is Ecclesiastes 8:15, “So I commend the enjoyment of life”. Shane is married to Georgie, who is actively involved in ministry with him and they have two beautiful daughters. |
