Pastors Mark and Rachelle Francey are the founders and lead pastors of Oceans Church in South Orange County.

With a deep passion for seeing people encounter the life-changing presence of Jesus, their ministry is centred on creating an environment where both believers and skeptics can experience God's love, power and grace.

They are also passionate about fostering unity across the Church through the Baptize America movement, encouraging believers to boldly declare their faith.

Mark and Rachelle have been married for 20 years and are the proud parents of two daughters, Kenzie and Chloe.

Ps Matt Heins

Pastors Matt and Franca Heins lead Faith Christian Church in Melbourne, where they are passionate about seeing lives transformed through the power of the gospel, and the local church making a meaningful difference in its community.

Matt is a gifted communicator with a heart to equip and encourage leaders, serving both locally and internationally to strengthen pastors and develop future generations.

He serves as our ACC Victoria State President, bringing a deep commitment to the health, unity, and mission of the local Church.
