The Ministry Essentials course is designed specifically for new SMC/PMC credential holders within the Australian Christian Churches. It is required that this course is completed before an OMC application can begin.

This two day course is accredited by Alphacrucis University College and covers topics ranging from pastoral ministry and preaching, to ACC policies and procedures and legal requirements. Participants will be taken through the 12 modules of this course by pastors and presenters from within the ACC, including state president Ps Matt Heins and members of the ACC Vic State Executive.

This training is a requirement for all ACC Credential holders or those applying for a credential.

​

All ACC Credential holders are required to complete Child Protection Training to maintain their Credential. A refresher course is required every three years, in line with best practice and accepted standards.

The Mentoring Program seeks to assist our Senior Pastors in developing themselves to operate from a place of health, both spiritually & physically. 

 

The program was launched in March 2012 and has quickly become a valuable tool in assisting Senior Pastors in the development of healthy lifestyle and ministry practices.

Build connections and complete your ministry studies supported by ACC Victoria.

 

This initiative has been designed to help fulfill the study requirements essential for obtaining an Ordained Ministers Credential, while also offering the opportunity to build lasting ministry support networks.

 

With flexible study options presented by Alphacrucis University College and support from small groups facilitated by ACC Victoria, students can complete a Cert IV in Ministry & Discipleship or a Diploma of Ministry.

The AC Governance Essentials Course is a short course designed to help anyone involved in governance (senior ministers, board members, general managers, etc.), to gain a deeper understanding of essential elements necessary to establish an effective structure within the church.
