ACC MINISTRY ESSENTIALS
Presented by the ACCVIC State Executive
The ACC Pastors intensive includes an 'Orientation to Ministry (online)" and a 2 day in-person "Ministry Essentials" workshop. This course boasts a strong line up of experienced presenters who will go through the 12 modules with attendees.
PMC holders are required to attend this course within two years of obtaining their credential.
MENTORING MATTERS
Presented by Ps Graham Shand
The Mentoring Program seeks to assist our Senior Pastors in developing themselves to operate from a place of health, both spiritually & physically.
The program was launched in March 2012 and has quickly become a valuable tool in assisting Senior Pastors in the development of healthy lifestyle and ministry practices.
SAFER CHURCHES TRAINING
Presented by Open Learning
This training is a requirement for all ACC Credential holders or those applying for a credential who have not completed the face-to-face induction workshop.
This is in depth training and is also recommended for board members and key team leaders - particularly those in children’s or youth ministry. This training can be done individually or as a facilitated group.
YOUTH MINISTRY EQUIP DAYS
Presented by Youth Alive VIC
Every year Youth Alive hosts leadership training days in various locations around the state.
The purpose of these days is to equip and inspire youth pastors and leaders with the tools and strategies they need to grow their local youth ministry.
YOUTH ALIVE ACADEMY

The Youth Alive Academy is like no other place to study. It is an eclectic mix of Higher Education study, specialising in youth / young adult ministry, as well as biblical studies.
Youth Alive Academy operates in partnership with Alphacrucis College and provides both theological and practical training.
BOARD TRAINING

The AC Governance Essentials Course is short course designed to help anyone involved in governance (senior ministers, board members, general managers, etc.), to gain a deeper understanding of essential elements necessary to establish an effective structure. This will be particularly beneficial for teams to go through together. Everyone from the novice to the experienced will find something to help sharpen this crucial element of their organisation.
ABORIGINAL PROFESSIONAL INTRODUCTORY SESSION
Presented by ACC Indigenous Initiative
The ACC Indigenous Initiative is a national strategy committed to creating awareness and engaging with the Indigenous people of Australia. The Indigenous Initiative is available to host workshops with your team to help you become more effective in proactively engaging with your community. These workshops are incredibly valuable for those ministering in areas with higher density populations of Aboriginal people & aslo for those seeking to increase their awareness.

KIDS MINISTRY TRAINING - KIDSHAPER
Presented by ACC KIDS
The Victorian leg of the Kidshaper National Tour is held annually and is open to all Children's Pastors and leaders across Victoria. This event is a fantastic opportunity to be connected, trained and ministered to.
With respected guest ministry, fantastic praise and worship and practical training, your Children's Ministry team will benefit from the Kidshaper National Tour.
MINISTRY TRAINING COLLEGE
Build connections and complete your ministry studies supported by ACC Victoria.
This initiative has been designed to help fulfill the study requirements essential for obtaining an Ordained Ministers Credential, while also offering the opportunity to build lasting ministry support networks.
With flexible study options presented by Alphacrucis University College and support from small groups facilitated by ACC Victoria, students can complete a Cert IV in Ministry & Discipleship or a Diploma of Ministry.

MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID CERTIFICATE

This two day certified course is presented by trained professionals and covers Mental Health First Aid and how leaders can effectively navigate issues connected with mental health.
